The knowledgeable and excellent staff working throughout the hotel. Nice and stunning location a short walk to Storer Park. And near to a movie theatre and regular scheduled activities for the kids and restaurants, shopping and bars and the marina, restaurants, and shopping.

Nice location a 10-15 minute walking distance from International Tennis Hall of Fame. Pretty area short walk to restaurants, shopping and the harbor and the Newport Visitor center, the Wharf and tons shopping and restaurants.

Everything was very good, so were beautiful views of the bay & harbor. The room was a nice size and well-equipped, the pool was nice. I had a large bedroom and a fully furnished kitchen. Location: the hotel was adjacent to regular scheduled activities. I loved spending time here.

The location was great. We were able to walk to shopping and dining. The beaches were a short drive.
The beds were not comfortable and the suites were a little run down. But the location made up for what the rooms lacked.

We loved the central location of this hotel. The staff were fantastic, especially the supervisor, who showed great hospitality. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge. It was so convenient to be within a short 10-minute walk of downtown. There were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, such as Mainsail, which was also just a 10-minute walk away.

The location
I was booked for one bedrooms and they gave us all (5 rooms) with two bedrooms. I really only needed 3 then so I felt I over paid. They would not make any changes.they said I would have to go thru Booked.net
